Why I came back to insulation
I ran insulation jobs when I was younger, then left the trade for years. In 2021 I came back and started Steady Jerome Spray Foam Insulation because I missed the work and knew how much a careful job can change a house. A drafty room or a hot upstairs usually has a cause you can find, and I still like hunting for it.
Most of our calls come from homeowners with drafty rooms, uneven heat or a power bill that won't come down, plus some business owners with shops and metal buildings. Teaching people how their house works is the part I like best, so expect me to explain why the room over the garage is cold before I say a word about fixing it.
When you call, I'm the one who comes out to look at the job, answer your questions and write the estimate. Our own installers do the work, and I come back at the end to check it and walk the finished job with you. If your job needs a permit, we check with the building office for your address and handle the application and inspections.

We check for water, old wiring and suspect old insulation before anything new goes in, because a fresh layer over a wet spot or droppings just hides the trouble.

We help you choose between foam, blown-in and other options by what fits your space, and if sealing the gaps and topping up what's there will do, we'll say so.
